Affordable Single-Family Rental Homes - GAMAT Homes
The GAMAT Homes program is an equal-opportunity affordable housing program owned by the City of Davis. These homes are available for lease to qualified applicants.
The program includes single-family two- and three-bedroom homes located throughout Davis in mixed-income neighborhoods. Most units are two stories and feature an indoor laundry area, garage, and private fenced yard. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Tenants are responsible for all yard maintenance, renters insurance, and utility costs, including but not limited to water, sewer, garbage, PG&E, cable, internet, and telephone.
Qualified households are those with two or more people whose total household income falls between Very Low Income and Low Income for their household size.
Individuals with a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) may also be eligible if their income is below Very Low Income.
