Summer 2026 Rec Guide

The City of Davis is offering a full summer of recreation activities and programs. Check out this season's Rec Guide, we have some brand new programming and we are bringing back the classics too! The 2026 Summer RecGuide is now available.

Summer Registration Dates:

• Wednesday, February 25 at 7 AM for the following programs (Davis residents only)
• Camp Putah
• Trekkers
• Horse Camps

• Wednesday, March 11 at 7 AM for the following programs (Davis residents only)
• All other camps and programs
• Swim Lessons

Registration opens at 7 AM, registration is available online or in-person only. Updated liability waivers are only required for in-person registration. Online registration processes liability waivers at the point of registration. Please make sure your online account is current and active at least 1-week before registration opens. On registration days, we experience a high volume of calls and emails and customers may experience long waiting times. If you need assistance, please email Registration@cityofdavis.org and a staff person will assist you.

Our system uses September 1 as the age eligibility date for our camps. To calculate the age of your child, determine the age they will be on September 1, if you need to request an age override, please contact Registration at least a week before registration opens at 530-757-5626 option 2 or email Registration@cityofdavis.org and a staff person will assist you.

Camp Putah, Horse Camps and Trekkers are in high demand! Registration is limited to one week, per program, per eligible child. Davis Residents have priority registration, Non-Residents can register the following Monday. *Enrolling in a waitlist spot will prevent registration. 

What can you do to be ready for online registration?

• Login to the system to make sure your username and password are working. You can reset it if you forgot!
• Once logged in, verify your household and family member information is up to date. To display this information, select your name in the top right, click on "Household Account Management."
• It is important that all registrants are listed with correct birth dates and school grades for the 2025-2026 school year as this information determines registration eligibility.
• Any missing or incorrect information will delay your registration, call us to make corrections!

 If you are new to our programs, you will need to create a new account.

• When setting up the account, include all family members living in your household.
• It is important that all registrants are listed with correct birth dates and school grades for the 2025-2026 school year as this determines registration eligibility.
• Your account is reviewed and validated by our office staff within 1-2 business days (make sure you complete this at least a week in advance of registration).
• Once you receive an email confirmation of your account, you are ready to register!

Spring 2026 Rec Guide

The City of Davis is excited to offer a wide range of recreation programs and activities for the community. Explore the Spring 2026 Rec Guide to discover everything happening from February-May.

General Registration opens online and in-person at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Phone registration will open on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
