The City received a planning application for a new 4-story apartment building at 2932 Spafford Street. The new multi-family building is proposed within a site rezoned by the housing element. It will consist of approximately 148-units including 11 affordable units.

SB330 Application 

In November 2024, the City received an SB330 preliminary application for the proposed project. An SB330 application vests the project to be reviewed under the standards in effect at the time of the preliminary application.
