 Project Description: This SB330 Project proposes to demolish an existing office building and construct a new 4-story 368-unit apartment complex consisting of approximately 191,986 square feet. The complex will also have an additional provide amenity space, a community kitchen, a game room, bike storage, and a pool. The units will consist of mostly studio and studio lofts with some units being 1- and 2-bedroom. 

 The project has applied under SB330 and will provide 20% of the units to low income residents. Therefore, the project qualifies to The Density Bonus and the applicant has chosen to ask for concessions on the height of the project.
