train-stationThe City’s Property Acquisition and Management Program is responsible for managing much of the non-park property the City owns, such as buildings and land which are leased to non-profit and for-profit ventures, cell towers, and agricultural land ground-leased to farmers.  This program is also responsible for acquiring property necessary to fulfill City goals, such as property for public improvements.
