The City of Davis owns this property in fee title.

About 38 acres.

The buffer provides important wildlife habitat for burrowing owls, rabbits, coyotes and other wildlife. It also offer recreational opportunities (hiking, wildlife viewing), and serves to buffer agricultural operations from adjacent residential areas.

Public accessibility:

The buffer is publicly accessible. There is a gravel trail that meanders through the entire length of the buffer. 

Location:

The property is located just north and east of the Wildhorse Golf Course off Rockwell Drive in North Davis.
