The City is processing a planning application for the proposed Paul's Place Project, a new multi-functional homeless facility to replace the existing homeless facility located at 1111 H Street. The proposal for a new 4-story building would include: 18 units of permanent supportive micro-housing; 10 units of transitional housing; 4 emergency shelter beds; and enhanced day services including expanded shower, restroom, and laundry facilities.
