Paul's Place (1111 H Street)

The City is processing a planning application for the proposed Paul's Place Project, a new multi-functional homeless facility to replace the existing homeless facility located at 1111 H Street. The proposal for a new 4-story building would include: 18 units of permanent supportive micro-housing; 10 units of transitional housing; 4 emergency shelter beds; and enhanced day services including expanded shower, restroom, and laundry facilities.

The Initial Study is available for a 20-day public review period beginning on March 6, 2020 and ending March 25, 2020. Public hearing dates on the project will provided when they are scheduled. Notice of the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration is below:
