City of Davis Measure “V”

Shall Resolution 26-006 be adopted to amend the Davis General Plan to approve a residential development to include parks and open space areas, by changing the land use designations for the Village Farms Davis properties from Agriculture to Urban Agriculture Transition Area, Residential Low, Medium and High Density, and by establishing the Baseline Project Features?


Campaign Finance and Disclosure Requirements

Committees must report all contributions received and expenditures made to influence voters for or against a measure.

The City of Davis uses an electronic filing system called eCampaign and all committees are required to file campaign financial disclosure statements electronically. Access to the public portal to view filed campaign disclosure statements and for committee officers to file their forms may be found below:

Campaign Advertising Requirements & Restrictions: Committees must include disclosures on campaign advertisements that identify the committee that paid for or authorized the communication.
