Summary 

It is the intent of the City to contract with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation advisory service consultant to support the City of Davis during implementation of the Tyler Technologies ERP System.  The Consultant shall serve in an advisory capacity and provide objective guidance to City leadership throughout the implementation. Services are intended to complement, and not duplicate, the implementation services provided by Tyler Technologies.

Submittal Information

Proposals must be submitted by the deadline specified by the City. Late submissions will not be accepted. The submission deadline is 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Prospective vendors interested in responding to this Request for Quotes (RFQ) must submit a complete statement of qualifications and cost proposal in accordance with the requirements outlined Attachment B section of this RFQ. Proposals will be deemed responsive only if all required components are included.
