The City of Davis is subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act for informal bidding (Public Contract Code section 22000, et seq.) This allows the Public Works – Engineering and Transportation Department to informally bid construction projects (as defined in the Public Contract Code) having a project cost of $220,000 or less. 

Please complete the attached form to be included on the City of Davis’ list of CUPCCAA qualified contractors for 2026 and receive notices inviting bids or requests for proposals. Please return the form to us no later than December 5, 2025. (You may email the form back or send it via regular mail.)
