Process Tasks September through December-January

The City’s consultant team and staff will continue to refine the Draft Land Use Map based on the discussion and feedback received at the two GPC meetings in July and August, the Planning Commission meeting in July and community stakeholders meetings that took place over the summer. The General Plan Committee is expected to convene for Meeting #3 in the late Fall or early Winter. At the August and September meetings, each of the six “home” Commissions will receive a report on the outcome of the GPC meetings and gather feedback that the representatives will then take back to the next GPC meeting before the Draft Map is finalized. The Draft Map will be presented to the public and feedback obtained with Workshop #3, Survey #3, and other outreach in October through November. Also, The Planning Commission and the City Council will each receive a presentation on the final version of the Draft Land Use Map. The Events and Workflow document is updated periodically as needed.
