Work on the Palomino Place housing development by builder K. Hovnanian will start during the week of June 29. This development is located off Covell Blvd, approximately at Monarch Lane on the north side of Covell. Please be aware of trucks entering and exiting the construction site.

A portion of the Wildhorse agricultural buffer will be closed on the eastern side of the development to allow for sewer and utility line work. This part of the buffer is scheduled to be closed at least through the end of August and possibly for part of September. Thank you for your patience during the temporary, partial closure of the Wildhorse ag buffer.

Construction hours are Mondays-Fridays, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturdays & Sundays from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
