After a long day of school, it’s time to let loose and have a little afternoon fun! The City of Davis Parks and Community Services Department has spaces available for a Monday through Friday afterschool program called “PM Zone” that includes arts and crafts, games, activities and dedicated homework time. An afternoon snack will also be provided each day. Registration for this program starts Wednesday, July 23, at 8 a.m., and the program starts September 2.
"PM Zone" costs $188-$290 a month depending on the number of school days each month and currently only the fall/winter dates are available for registration though this program runs the entirety of the school year. PM Zone runs 2:30-5:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 1:30-5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Community Park Pool Building located at 203 E. 14th Street in Davis (on the north side of the pool). To register for or learn more about this program, visit: www.cityofdavis.org and search “PM Zone” or call 530-757-5626.
