Mark your calendars and get ready to move for the City of Davis’ first Parent-Child Dance on Saturday, Oct. 12, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Center, located at 203 E. 14th Street in Davis. 

This event is open to children ages 4 – 13 years old and parents or guardians ages 18 years or older. This year’s theme is “Glow Up!” and participants are welcome to wear neon or brightly colored dancewear for an evening of music, lights and fun activities for everyone to enjoy. DJ, dancing and light refreshments will be provided along with a photo booth and props. 

Tickets are $35 and include one adult and one child entry. Additional children or parents/guardians are an additional $10 each. For example, a parent with two children will cost $45 or two parents/guardians and two children will cost $55. A child must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian, and adults are not allowed to attend without a child.
