City Releases Draft of Downtown Plan and Code
The City of Davis announced today that it released a draft of the Downtown Davis Specific Plan and a Draft Downtown Form-based Code.
There will be 90-day public review and comment period on the draft documents beginning now and ending on January 14, 2020.

Also, available on the web page is an introductory letter from the Chair and Co-Chair of the Downtown Plan Advisory Committee (DPAC) that was written to accompany the release of the draft plan with the intent to provide context about the DPAC and the process to date.
A hard copy of the draft plan is available for the public and may be reviewed at the Mary L. Stephens Davis Library at 315 E. 14th St and at the City Offices at 23 Russell Blvd, Suite 2.
A community workshop to review and provide input on key elements of the draft Downtown Davis Specific Plan & Davis Amtrak Access and Connections Study is scheduled for Nov. 2 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fellowship Hall of the Davis Community Church at 421 D Street.
