The city of Davis Fire Department has a Public Education program, managed by the Fire Prevention Division. Activities include presentations in the schools, informational booths at community events, truck tours and other activities.

The Davis Fire Department asks that you keep in mind the following restrictions when you make your request:

• Firefighters may have to take emergency calls before/during the presentation
• Firefighters will need to be able to park the fire engine safely and have clearance to leave in case of an emergency
• Presentations can be scheduled from 9am-5pm
• Presentation location must be within the Davis city limits
• Davis Fire Department does not host birthday parties or drive by events
• Please keep in mind this is a request and due to emergency and training the DFD may not be able to honor the request.
