Together, the Parks & Community Services Department and Davis Police Department offered this exciting new program! While our graduates are not police officers, they are the community leaders of tomorrow -instilled with an appreciation and respect for law enforcers and their role in society. Participants had an active role in learning about Crime Scene Investigations, SWAT Teams, Narcotics and Gang Intervention, the importance of physical conditioning and much more. The program ran from July 12th to July 23rd and was considered a huge success by the City and the participants.
