Where is my Ticket Number or "Tag and State"

Your ticket number is located on the upper right hand corner of your parking ticket:

What if no match is found with my Ticket Number or my Tag and State?

Verify your Ticket Number is Correct. Verify your Tag and State are correct from your parking ticket. If your ticket number does not appear after you have verified the above information, you may be in collections and you will need to contact the Finance Department at (530) 757-5651.

The Ticket Number must be entered as a nine-digit number.
Printed Parking Ticket
 Do not enter the "DA" in front of your ticket number. Example: DA500005517 = 500005517
Handwritten Parking Ticket
 The "R" is replaced by four zeroes. Example: R59727 = 000059727

What if I do not know my Ticket Number or "Tag and State"

You will need to contact the Finance Department at (530) 757-5651. They will provide you with you parking ticket number and tag and state.

Can I pay parking tickets issued by UCDavis?

No we only accept payments for parking tickets issued by the City of Davis

Visa or MasterCard

Can I use my debit card?

Yes, if your debit card has the Visa or MasterCard logo.

When will my card be charged?

In most cases your credit card will be charged on the date of the transaction. Occasionally the charge may appear on the next business day.

When will the payment be posted to my parking ticket?

Your payment will be applied to your parking ticket as soon as you've submitted your payment on our website.

Will I get a receipt?

You may print the transaction confirmation screen if you wish.

What other City Services can I pay for online?

In addition to your Parking Tickets Payment, you may also pay your City Services bill at Online City Services Page as well as register and pay for classes and activities offered by our Parks and Community Services Department at the Online Class Registration Page.

Is the Parking Ticket Payment website secure?

Yes. The City Services Payment website uses 128 Bit SSL encryption, communication with webpages are encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. This Web site is secured by a VeriSign SSL certificate.

Who do I contact if I have questions regarding my payment?

Should you have questions regarding charges to your account or if you feel you have made a payment in error and wish to inquire about a refund, please contact the Finance Department at 530-757-5651.
