The project developers of Verona at Mace Ranch are pleased to provide affordable ownership units for income qualified households within the Verona Project located at Fifth and Alhambra Streets in Davis. Verona features 17 affordable duets ranging from 760 sq. feet to 1,170 sq. feet (approximately). Within this mixed income development there are projected to be 4 affordable single story duet homes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, 5 affordable two story duet homes with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and 8 two story duet homes with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The affordable housing at Verona is an equal opportunity affordable ownership housing program.
To qualify for potential ownership in Verona, the total household income cannot exceed 120% of the Area Median Income for Yolo County as adjusted for household size. The current maximum income limits to qualify can be found on the Affordable Ownership Housing information page.
The project will be constructed in phases with the first phase anticipated to be complete in September 2011.
The seventeen affordable units are available for sale through Regis Homes of Sacramento, LLC. Regis Homes is now accepting pre-applications and all are welcome to apply. Please note that when purchasing a home, you have the right to choose any lender and hire any real estate agent to be involved in the transaction.
