Cesar Chavez Plaza (CCP)
Cesar Chavez Plaza (CCP) is being developed as a 53 one-bedroom unit apartment style community that is projected to be available for occupancy in fall of 2007. CCP will be an affordable opportunity for low income employees to live near downtown Davis. 35% of the apartments will be set aside for people with disabilities, who will gain access to services through a full-time on-site services coordinator. Rents at CCP will range from approximately $250 to $650 per month, depending on the household's income level. The project will include a community room and playground structure where activities and classes for the residents will be scheduled.
