Request for Proposals – Affordable Housing Program Right of First Refusal

Request for Proposals Submittal Deadline is Thursday September 17, 2009 by 5:00 p.m.

The Community Services Department of the City of Davis is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) to carryout the requirements of its Right of First Refusal under its Affordable Ownership Housing Program. The City of Davis is seeking a non-profit organization, lender, or real estate agent to contract with in order to market affordable ownership units, to manage a waiting list for affordable ownership housing, to identify income-qualified purchasers for price-restricted ownership units, to inform buyers about the affordable housing restrictions, and to ensure housing sales occur in compliance with program requirements. This RFP is to manage the program for existing and future affordable and middle income units in Davis. The following links will take you to the RFP and attachments.
