Monitoring Schedule
Affordable apartment owners and managers can reference this schedule in order to be reminded of what information is due to the City of Davis by what date.
Please note: Some of the requirements listed do not pertain to all of the apartment complexes with affordable units. Units that were partially funded with local, state, or federal money will be required to submit all of the information requested in the schedule. Privately funded affordable units will have fewer requirements.
