To have your utility bills sent to another person you need to file an OWNER-AUTHORIZED AGENT AGREEMENT (pdf)An individually-serviced residence, communally-service residence or business that is to be vacant for 60 days or more is entitled to the $16.27 per month NO GARBAGE SERVICE RATE. You must file a VACANCY AFFIDAVIT (pdf).
