Scoping - Covell Village Development Proposal
The scoping meeting will have an "open house" format, with information tables staffed by the city, the applicant, and the CEQA consultant. Written and oral comments may be made throughtout the scoping meeting until everyone has a chance to comment. Written comments on the scope of the EIR may be submitted to the City of Davis through Friday, July 16, 2004.
