Anderson Bank Building Environmental Impact Report
Project Description
The City of Davis has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) to consider the potential environmental effects of the proposed Anderson Bank Building Window Alteration Project at 203 G St. & 719 Second Street. The proposed project requires the approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review applications, which are not part of the current review. The project proposes installation of new windows in the existing bulkhead wall sections of the historic bank building. The project does not call for wholesale demolition of the building, instead calls for insertion of new windows beneath the existing four arched windows sited along the street facing elevations.
